Infrared photograph of a flowering Ground Ivy plant (Glechoma hederacea), also known as Gill-over-the-ground or Creeping Charlie. Under infrared light both the leaves and flowers reflect roughly equal amounts of light.
The plant spreads through its roots and pieces of stem can also re-root, making the plant a weed in the eyes of many gardeners.
