A small stone pillar has inscribed on it '銀光빌딩', meaning 'Silver Building', probably the name of a nearby building.
The first two characters of the inscription are written in Hanja, while the last two characters are written in Hangeul. In Korean, Hangeul are usually used for writing, though Hanja (Chinese characters) are sometimes used for names.
