Yellow flower of a Geum quellyon cultivar. The flower has a number of green-yellow coloured pistils at the centre, surrounded by yellow stamens. The anthers turn brown as they age.
The plant is native to Chile but has been introduced to numerous countries. Grown as an ornamental plant, there are several popular cultivars.
