Near Infrared photo of the flower cluster of a Sweet William (Dianthus barbatus) plant. In infrared the flower appears very different from visible light. The petals lose their pattern, and the different parts of the flower lose their tonal differences. Foliage also appears brighter, resulting in a very monotone appearance.
